Apart from studying the Industrial Revolution for GCSE, I realised that I knew hardly anything about the Long 19th Century (which considering it's the start of modern Europe is a bit embarrassing), so:

I also bought the complete short stories of JG Ballard, which is a massive collection so will take, um, forever, to get through. I flicked to one of the last ones, and it was brilliant, and I've found it online
