Except that they didn't. It was quite clear what they were referring to the whole time. Upgrades and crossgrades are not the same. Non-owners of FX Collection were not being offered an upgrade, they were being offered a crossgrade and owners of older version of FX Collection were offered both.goalposts needed moving.Why am I getting quoted on this nonsense twice.
