I doubt I'd turn to anything sw or digital for "fattest" oscillator. Out of any analogues I have, possibly the fattest is Wasp? But TBH I never use an oscillator on its own without filtering etc so I could be talking out of my fat arse. I don't like Moogs generally but they do have fairly corpulent oscillators. Cat and 101/202 also are reasonably fat.
