Indeed. To me the industry is slowly imploding.Bargain! A lot of developers seem to be doing it tough at the moment. given some of the sales that are on.

Some great, some really bad. Both mostly because of platforms like JUCE.
I bet that companies with higher costs, eg Waves, IK, etc.. will struggle and abandon lower selling products, lay off staff or maybe go bust.
The Kodak or Blockbuster lessons will be repeated.
Still a great time to make music. That is not waste too much time looking at the endless new tools, rather use what we have and do something we enjoy with it.
