wagtunes,
Thank you for reviewing what I assume is "Capable Designs", I appreciate it!. The song starts with Native Instruments “India” tanpura (with Presswerk compression). Then there are some BeatSkillz Bolly-X for the Eastern Indian drums and percussion (this software does not sync properly; had to record it then shift the audio 0.029 seconds forward in time). BeatSkillz admits they have occasional issues with syncing with Cubase; only plugin I've ever had that issue with. I have another BeatSkillz plugin that doesn't have that issue. Soon thereafter (within EZDrummer 3) Action! EZX drums start up (with Presswerk compression). Then I had Heavyocity Vocalise Gravity Pack 02 (took me 8 days to get it working mostly due to difficulty getting on Heavyocity’s website) female vocals (with Presswerk compression). Then a Dune 3 sequencer synth starts (it has varying amount of filter cutoff). The there is a Cherry Audio Octave Cat sequencer synth I tweaked; at the same time, Dream Pop EZX drums (only an electric snare and bass drum) operating within Superior Drummer (with Little Radiator distortion and Presswerk compression) start. Then there is double tracked guitar with Helix: Noise Gate, Script Mod Phase phaser model, Scream 808 distortion model, PV Panama amp model, 4 x 12 WhoWatt 100 cabinet model, 421 Dynamic mic model, 1 x 12 Lead 80 cabinet model, 84 Condenser mic model, (stereo) Mod/Chorus Echo Delay, Optical Trem, LA Studio Comp, and Plate reverb. The verse vocals are pseudo double tracked: one track is Melodyne pitch correct, and the other is not. At one point, the verse vocals briefly have STA Delay that pans to the left, and simultaneously have Helix Line 6 Crisscross delay pan to the right. I think panning can help things sound more audible for a given volume. At the chorus: Bolly-X (with different drum/percussion sound and drum beats)(free Neutron 3 Elements effects to make the toms more loud) plays, and so does double tracked Glenn DeLaune Motley Marz rhythm guitars with Helix: LA Studio Comp, Brit2204 amp model, 4 x 12 1960 T75 cabinet model, 112 Dynamic mic, Motley Mars Impulse Response, Simple (stereo) Delay, (stereo) Chorus, and Chamber reverb. Vocals during the chorus are pseudo double tracked with one track Melodyne pitch corrected, and the other track is not. After the chorus, there are more Vocalise female vocals (with Presswork compression), though this time they have a Pulse Motion effect (like a tremolo effect). Then Rock Solid EZX drums (operating within Superior Drummer; with Presswerk compression). Then lead guitar starts with Helix: Noise Gate, Pitch Wham (bends up only twice through the guitar solo), Script Mod Phase, Scream 808 distortion model, PV Panama amp model, 4 x 12 1960A T75 cabinet model, 57 Dynamic mic model, 2 x 12 Jazz Rivet cabinet model, 57 Dynamic mic model, Ping Pong Delay, and Plate reverb. After that, there is Native Instruments “India” santur. Then the song ends with ZebraHZ bell-like synth. The entire mix has Presswerk compression.
