which plugin format (vst, vst3) are you using?
in the first machine: can you check if you have the latest webview version installed?
in the second machine: can you send me the error log you may find in the "Event Viewer"?
For sending me the error log you may submit a support ticket here and attach the log to the ticket.

For the first machine I get an error trying to install Webview 2 with the message it is already installed.
