Same situation here. I did not receive that invoice for platform and support fees which was delivered on 01.11 as some reported. I was trying to close accounts since September. After third request in late October they finally did reset accounts and deleted products but I did not receive any formal note about termination so far.If you requested immediate termination of your account before October 16th, you are not subject to the support charges. My 2 cents.They are robbing us with "support" time although we did not accept new MSA terms.
(I'm in the same situation, and if they try to bill me for the support tickets, I will definitely dispute it.)
So no invoice for October but also no official confirmation for account termination. I will of course dispute any platform fees and criminal AI support fees. Last order via platform was made on 4th of October so no sales were made after 16th (under new MSA).
