English (Non-US) Apple Intelligence support will be added in the December update. The 15.2 update will supposedly add support for 3rd party AI (ChatGPT etc) along with Apple’s servers and on-device. For anyone who's worried, about what’s being sent and where, there’s always Little Snitch I suppose ![:)]( "Smile")
