Can I ask why the black surface is nearly twice the price of the white one though?

Thanks John. Yes what Frank said is correct. The black paint is an extra step that added part and tooling cost. Both of the sale prices I landed at were (part cost * 5) - $5. I wanted to keep a fair margin because the reach is limited by the number of Linny 128s out there.
